The brief
KIMQ's site had just gone live on a template: an auto-rotating slider, stock photos, theme demo testimonials still on the About page, and a setting that hid the whole site from Google. The founder, her method and her real cases were buried.
The KIMQ Lens: the orange Q from the logo becomes a lens, and the four letters unfold into the method as you scroll.
What we built
- The founder in the first screen, framed by the Q ring from the logo.
- The KIMQ Lens, a pinned scene that turns the brand name into the method.
- People System Check, a short diagnostic that scores the visitor and pre-fills the booking.
- Real case studies brought out of hidden accordions; demo testimonials removed.
- A founder-chat FAQ and one booking label used everywhere.
- Indexable again, with titles, descriptions and share images on every page.
